Tip: Comment permissions when using Mollom

I just realized something. When you're using to protect your site from spam, for the correct workflow to happen, i.e. visitors comments show up immediately if they are not considered spam, you'll want to set your comment permissions as follows:

They key part is "post comments without approval", which will tell Drupal that any comments which have already been approved by Mollom should be published. That should make it work the way you intend.
