		<description>thats funny, i got error messages too.  i was trying to download a complete list of US Zipcodes.  i am using the list to build out a shipping app for a new website.  after further researching other companies, i found a great site with reasonable pricing.  In fact, they had &lt;a href="http://www.postal-zipcodes.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;US zipcodes and Postal Codes&lt;/a&gt;.</description>
